Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

💸 Refunds

If your return is approved due to damage or error on our part, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you received the wrong item, we’ll gladly send the correct one at no additional cost.
